Holy Week 2017

What better way to spend the Good Friday and Black Saturday???
Oh, a lot of ways actually...

Good Friday started when me and my bunso decided to go to Tagaytay and attend the 3pm mass at the La Sallette Church at Silang, Cavite.
Also we decided to do a little fasting by not eating meals for the day... Only bread and liquids.
So it was still early when we headed to Tagaytay. We decided to drop by the Bag of Beans first, it was her first time to be there. We ordered Hot Chocolate for me and Buko Shake for her and Blueberry Pancakes for sharing. We really like the place, bunso took a lot of pictures.
From there I thought that instead of going to Silang for the mass we'd go instead to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church in Tagaytay which I saw in a post of Carla the day before. So we asked several people how to get there....
It was the traffic side of Tagaytay but was easily located. And, by the way, we had a great deal of help from Waze during this road trip!
The church was simple but elegant with beautiful tiles and it was really clean. No mass though so we just said our prayers.
We dropped by the Mercury Drugstore to buy my meds and some groceries which was at the Ayala Mall where we parked Rigo.
Then, next stop was the Mahogany Market, since Janjan's request was Bulalo for today (Saturday). Well, the Bulalo was quite expensive so I settled for beef ribs. Hehehe, 
We went home from there, but wait there's more!!!
We dropped by GenTree Villas. I wanted to see this project that offers No Downpayment and No Equity, only 5k to reserve a house and Lot!
It was very near the Bayan of General Trias, Cavite where we live right now.
Then finally, one last stop at the 7-11 store, since we were really very hungry after only finishing half of the Blueberry Pancakes at the Bag of Beans, bunso bought hotdog sandwich while I bought a very small roasted chicken with rice.

Saturday morning, we went to Katar to deliver the goodies for Nilagang Baka and Spaghetti. But before that, we dropped by the plant store and bought pots, small stones and decorative blocks for our garden.
From Katar we bought breakfast from Mc Donald's Evia, then Ms. Ela who owns the many cats said we'd meet at Mc Donald's Molino Blvd. So off we went....
In her house at Meadowoods she did that to my nails.
She said it's gel Polish, and that if I get it done at the salon, they usually charge 1k per hand!!!
She's a supplier of those in salons here in Cavite.
It was really nice talking to her, she's a 52 year old beautiful lady who has an Italian boyfriend named Armando who she'll soon marry and live with in Italy. 
Well, bunso and I decided to get the persian gray cat instead of the white siamese I originally planned. He was more expensive but I believe he's more worth my money.
From there we went to the salon and had our hair colored, which turned out not-so-colored even with the medium ash brown color of the Revlon we bought at Watson's.
Finally we went to Katar, it was already 3:30pm. The Nilagang Baka and Spaghetti was delicious! Of course because my Janjan cooked it, hahaha!
We stayed for a while and played with my grandchildren...
Before going home we dropped by The District and bought Spade (the cat) his food and milk. No litter sand available, so I got some real sand from outside the house.
And oh, he's soooo cute!
Now it's 9:10pm and I have to sleep. Tomorrow we'll work overtime since there won't be a workman to install the doors upstairs. 
Mr. Spade is already asleep.... 
