This afternoon I asked one of my gym buddies about me being in a plateau....
He said I should add extra exercise to burn fats,,,
Not to lose hope! Hahaha

I have to regularly exercise and lessen my diet....
Like today,,, I am very bad tonight for eating too much!

Breakfast: One Saba Banana uncooked (good)
Snacks: One bar Choco Wafer
Lunch: Plain rice, dinuguan (4pm)
Snacks: None 
Dinner: Plain Rice, fried pork liempo (bad)


Exercise: None
