Starting Over

It's really hard to keep up on a diet or exercise plan, But the good thing is, you can always start a new one! So tomorrow I will be starting a new DIET Plan! Which is,,, no rice in the morning and evening.... only at lunch! My Exercise Plan: Jogging/Running three times a week... GOOD LUCK!

This afternoon I asked one of my gym buddies about me being in a plateau.... He said I should add extra exercise to burn fats,,, Not to lose hope! Hahaha I have to regularly exercise and lessen my diet.... Like today,,, I am very bad tonight for eating too much! Breakfast: One Saba Banana uncooked (good) Snacks: One bar Choco Wafer Lunch: Plain rice, dinuguan (4pm) Snacks: None  Dinner: Plain Rice, fried pork liempo (bad) Exercise: None

I asked hubby to buy some supplies for my Three Day Diet to start tomorrow.... And tomorrow after office I will have to do my groceries. Breakfast: Plain rice, sunny side-up egg, sinigang pork leftover  (bad) Lunch: Plain rice, fried chicken neck  3pcs., pork slice (bad) Snacks: None (good) Dinner: Plain Rice, sardines (not so bad) Exercise: None (bad)

Today I start this Weight Loss Journal as I continue to lose weight to achieve my desired weight and health level. First Diet Plan I will use is the "Three Day Diet" : DAY 1 Breakfast Lunch Dinner Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water 1/2 Grapefruit or Juice 1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp.
