New Year's Eve Before we go to sleep I would like to thank Papa God for the year 2016 A lot have been accomplished this year, major ones too! Passing the Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam Janjan's graduation in College Started MBA class Leanne to England Transfer to our New House here at Liora Homes Although a sad note made it's way before the year ended, the passing of my Tito Carlos... But I know everything happens for a reason. I'm glad that we met one last time before he passed away. God bless your soul Papa Carlos, Thank You Papa God for all of life's blessings and circumstances! New Year Countdown

For some unfortunate event, my post got lost somewhere. So now I have to rewrite it all over again. :) Well, yesterday was a very productive day. I picked up B going to the office, After breakfast I went to PRC (via Grab Taxi, first time), Got my Certificate of Registration and the new Bond for my HLURB, From there, I had to look for a drugstore since I forgot to drink my meds after breakfast. Walk, walk, walk.... I finally found one, bought my meds and drank. From there, I rode a FX (taxi) going to HLURB in Quezon City with only Php20.00 fare! HLURB renewal was also swift,,,,about 30 minutes only! I was thinking of going to BIR after, But it was already 11am and I saw the traffic in EDSA (OMG as usual) Before that, I bought am electric kettle for the exchange gift at Hi-Top Supermarket along Queon Boulevard... (one more gift to go) So I decided to ride the MRT Train for faster transpo, When I got to Pasay Taft station, I tried to look for the other gift (knife ...

Lunch with B earlier at one of our favorite Korean Restaurant, the Rolling Bab I've been feeling something on my right breast since this weekend, At first a tenderness on my nipples, Just now, I feel something hard... Getting worried, and since my long overdue check-up with my OB Onco is long overdue... Will really find time tomorrow for a check-up and the labs I have to undergo, Also, this is the month I have to go back to my Cardiologist. With the stories of officemates having breast and lung cancer... Of course I feel worried. So I have to rule out the tendency and find out the truth,

Last November 1, my two boys came to our house with their families.. Well, with Janjan's girlfriend and Nikko with his family Of course I prepared lunch, Chicken and Pork Afritada I was taken aback when Nikko said "eto yung madalas lutuin ni mama noon sa bahay" I know they miss our family being whole, But I can't undo what have been done The hurt is still there, The irresponsible behavior is still there. I don't want to go back. I am happy now, Although Najel is giving me a LOT of headaches and heartaches because of her teenage behavior... Having a boyfriend, lying about things, not knowing what time she'll be home, not knowing where she is.... Oh my! Such a huge headache... Well, this is my life now, I know I still have a lot that I want to do with my life... And God has been so kind to me, I know He has great plans for me! Although right now He's nudging me with this breast thing... I know all will be well

During my morning run this morning, Just keep running Don't stop, You'll get there! This was my table this morning, Hoping for a better future. Maybe somewhere else, Really getting tired of my work, I need something that really pays. Well, except of course for my real estate business. All is well! With my Babies last Sunday After Najel gave us a scare when she didn't come home on time! Hmph, should not happen again. Teenagers! Worse, teenagers falling in love! OMG!!! Started using this after Marian delivered them to me, Sure hope this would aid me to a healthier and wealthier me!

I really like the floor tiles on this picture, But that's not what I am writing about. Storm Law in is on its way, the eye of the storm will be at Cagayan, Isabela. Oh my, and it will be strong. Storm signal is already raised to signal number 5! A storm almost as strong as Yolanda, Which they called a storm surge... One of the most devastating storm in the Philippines. It's 9:51pm, they say landfall will be around midnight  Here is Cavite it's signal number 1, But I can already feel the wind outside my window, Also, we are already at our new house at Liora Homes Don't feel as comfortable yet, but I do hope that we will be. With the stories of magnanakaw, Safety measures and prayers... Now, the storm. I pray to Papa God that He protect and keep us all safe. Amen!

I applied for this job and I got it! Together with my additional compensation, I know there was something about this. The timing was perfect! Was having a very negative vibes at the office, Then this came up 😁 We installed the vinyl tiles that we bought for the house early today, It was a very tiring work! But it was all worth it of course, Excited for the new rooms upstairs, And excited to transfer to our new house! A LOT of BLESSINGS indeed! Grateful I Am! 💜💛💚 Yesterday, a Saturday me and Najel went to her dentist, After which we went to Azure, Oh my, our travel have so many wrong turns! Hahaha! From Alabang we took the Skyway which unfortunately the exit was already in Magallanes!!! We are to exit BICUTAN.... Then we even missed the Magallanes exit, we instead reached Don Bosco! Oh my, oh my!!! It was a very informative journey! When we reached Azure... That's another story. We dropped by SM Molino on our way...

Yesterday may tripping ako ng client sa Pacifica Pabahay Homes at Barangay Navarro, General Trias, Cavite Hindi pa sya closing but I am very hopeful kasi mukhang nagustuhan naman ang project and decided talagang kumuha, I am looking forward for a closing this September 2016! My problem, hindi ako makapag Boost ng ads sa Facebook page ko! OMG! This is because there was a bill na hindi ko nabayaran, E ngayon may laman na ang debit card ko, ayaw pa din nya gumana. Sana naman maayos na sya para makapag boost nko again. Sayang ang long weekend. And because my best friend in high school is here in Manila, from the US we had a get together with some other classmates last night, Mind you, I drove all the way going to Pasig and coming back from Cavite Oh my! Naligaw pa nga kami ni Patricia who was with me. I got home a little past 3am... But the very long trips was super worth it!

I pray to God that I will make my first sale this September, and continue closing sales every month! I will eventually have an additional monthly income of Php50,000.00 for the first six months then Php100,000.00 monthly for the next year... Continuously until it reaches Php500,000.00 monthly which is my max level of monthly income where I will be comfortably living my dream while I bless others the best way I can. I claim it! I am a money magnet and I create wealth! Sundays with my love, Sinabihan nya ako mag site orientation sa Villa Arcadia and Pacifica Pabahay Homes Syempre may side trip sa Robinsons General Trias, Cavite A rainy but very accomplished Sunday! After lunch Something from my baby and something for my baby, Oh so sweet! Free lunch anyone? My school mate Trixie called me back a few days back and offered me and some of my other Officemates to a FREE meal And that is to be a very popular Japanese restaurant named IPPUDO, Well, it is popular in Pasig are at SM Megamall But they will now be opening at the SM MOA, And we became a part of their stress test! And WOW! was their meal delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more  Even if I have to pay!

These was taken the night before Leanne's flight to the UK, We all met at SM Molino for dinner, And guess where dinner was!? Hehehe, right, KFC! Our all time favorite chicken and gravy! No tears of course 💚💛💜 So happy for this new journey of my eldest! God bless you! Now this is her in England! I still can't believe that she's actually in England, Tama ba? Anyways, I know she'll do fine. She's always been a strong and independent woman. Soooo excited for!

Today I did some Mama duties First in the morning I took Najel to school for their dance practice for tomorrow's concert. Oh,  before that we grabbed breakfast via drive thru at Mc Donald's  Then I went for a car wash, Then to Wow! for my foot spa with mani and pedi... Went home for a bath then went back to pick up Najel from school. Lunch at Greenwich, Lasagna and chicken for me, Carbonara and chicken for her. Off to the Dentist we go for her monthly braces adjustment, Then went back to SM Molino to get my rubber shoes which I dropped by the other day at Mr. Quickie for repair. And we did some grocery at Watson's, Earrings too for both of us from Uni Silver I may say today was really one of those days that was fruitful, Got a lot of things done, I even almost had my calling card made, But it was getting late so we decided to go home, Be Happy Always!

We had a pre Birthday Lunch yesterday at his favorite Japanese Restaurant at Sta. Rosa, Laguna. First time I ordered their Tempura, it was okay. The serving was huge! It will be his 50th birthday on the 23rd. Another pre Birthday Celebration, Dinner this time and our first in this restaurant Four Seasons Hotpot at the SM MOA. The food was okay, But... I didn't really enjoy it much. The price is way up for my league. Anyways, still great to have experienced eating here.

Woke up an hour ago and now can't sleep, Its already 2:18am Having a chat with Dad over FB messenger, As usual sya ang gising kaya eto. Have to get some sleep May lakad pa kami bukas sa Pag ibig, Mag issue ng PDC para sa monthly amortization payments starting this July 23, God willing walang maging problem sa pagbabayad namin, Just like walang naging problem sa pag hulog ng Downpayment na almost 300k. I got to visit Katar after soo many months, Dumating kasi si Robert last April, kaya since then hindi na muna ako napupunta dun, The Feast too with Bro Arun Gogna is always a fresh start for the week, Nakaka miss mag attend ng Feast under him... Gudnyt! Praying to get some sleep now...

My ex's girlfriend sent me this picture of mine which she grabbed from my Facebook account, Said this photo shows me as a very independent woman, Very nice of her really, But... I cannot say more about her bf who is now my ex. Well, she's really a sweet thing. Maybe one day I could share with her more of who I am. I am really excited to start renovations to our new house, Although I am feeling a bit uneasy because I get worried that my finances will not be enough for the cost of renovation. But... Who am I to doubt Him? He's got me this far, I know He'll bring me further! Down to the road where I'll be his Shepherd and lead His flock! A dream so far, I know. But, dreams makes us go on. Dreams push us to the limit and then makes us realize that we actually can make it! I started running again and hopefully will continue to do so. Planning to run a 5k after this program.

I think I have to set goals Like the number of books I'm gonna read for a month, or the books that I have to read for the month Like losing weight, how many pounds in a month. Which really is impossible. I've done this several times already and yet until now.... Hmph! Like the number of hours I will work overtime, but now it depends on my time availability. Since I am also building my real estate network and also studying MBA Okay, I want to start with the books.... Nothing  too much right now, My goal this July 2016 is to finish reading  the two books on my bed,      What Strong People Don't Think About;      Pagsusulat ng Libro; and      One Tagalog Fiction Book and One Book from my kindle. Is that okay? All in all four books this July! Let's see after this month 💚💛💜 Got the good news yesterday, Approved Pag Ibig Housing loan for our Liora Homes house! Oh my, oh my! 😉...

Just getting started with this planner thingy, I bumped into some FB pages which shows people who are planner addicts, And their planners are nothing compared to what i have been using for the past many many years!!! Theirs are worth not lower than 1thousand pesos... So in short i got hooked. Actually i bought on impulse a pre loved planner size A5 for 1,350.00... but when i got it and saw that it was canvass and the color is nor actually my color... i had to sell it Now I am waiting for my new planner.... Which i bought for 1,900... that's an a5. But i also bought a personal sized planner which only cost 800... The one on the picture shows my crazy buying of planner inserts! Hahaha, I told myself to stop buying now. At least after i get enough of what i want...

This is my biological Papa, Well, I know he's old... But he used to really look so macho! It's been some time since I wanted to visit him then I finally did. Last January 31 I went with Najel and Nikko. Nikko drove us since I am not familiar with Quezon City His daughter Erin and son Kenneth don't know about me. Just our Ate Maricon in Texas, USA Well, one down from my TO DO LIST 

I created an album in FB entitled Food Journey. I plan to post there all my food photos from everywhere, it would really be nice because it captures all my travels too. I am just wondering until when will FB be up and running? I am sure it won't last forever.... Walang forever??? Well, i just hope and pray that it lasts until i die.... I don't know at what age and time that would be, Just wishful.thinking 😉 Anyways it's 12:34am... woke from an 8pm sleep. I know, slept early last night because i've been feeling the lack of sleep the past few days.... i badly need this early sleep. Now I don't worry when i wake up at this time of the night, which is getting fewer now... It's because of an article i read on FB that says people who wakes up in the middle of the night shan't worry because it is a normal thing. It says to use this time to do something productive like writing.... exactly what I am doing! Hahaha Now i dont get worried or anxi...
